Hello, I am Mitchell Gagliardi. I have just recently finished off 12 years in the Air Force. While in the service I learned many skills, not least of most was the ability to lead an effective team towards a complicated and difficult to attain goal. While stationed at Eglin AFB, I led an Air Traffic Control crew of 40 Airmen and civilians through some of the most complicated missions experienced within ATC in the United States. The accomplishments of my crew garnered us many accolades and culminated in an commendation medal for myself. I look forward to using the skills I have used while in the service to compliment any organization, and prove myself again and again to be an effective leader.
