* Direct, manage and coordinate warehouse activities * Lead and direct strategic planning for logistics * Contribute to the development of the Logistics product. * Oversee day-to-day operations of finished goods and raw material warehouse. Directs the operations of the warehouse team to achieve objectives. * Oversees warehousing activities to ensure processes and procedures are understood and followed; oversees warehouse compliance for inventory management, cycle counting, product handling, and other services as required. * Resolve problems concerning logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. * Improve operational efficiencies to increase ability to process customer orders using both systems and physical improvements. * Recommends and ensures the implementation of changes and enhancements as necessary. * Schedules, directs and coordinates logistics functions according to existing documented policies and procedures to ensure they are in place and followed. * Coordinate with the operations manager to set customers SLAs, KPIs, and process flows to complete the customer proposal in the best way for the customer & Teams .
