 Calibration of different types of field instruments i.e. Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature transmitter, gauge & switches. RTD, T/C, Temperature gauges, pressure gauges, air filter regulators, manometers.  Maintenance of final control elements. Control valves with pneumatic actuators, Dismantling, Servicing, Lapping, and Replacement of damaged or corroded parts, assembling, stroke checking and calibration  Temperature, Pressure, Vacuum, Level Indicators also loop powered indicators  Calibration of electro pneumatic I/P converter and Positioners. Air filters Regulator.  Interface level transmitter. Float and Tape level indicator.  Probe type level switches, Magnetic level switches, magnetic level sensors, indicators and controllers.  I am also having Knowledge of all types of control valves with PRV, PCV also electro pneumatic positioners.  Temperature elements (RTD - Resistance Temperature Detectors, Thermocouple, Thermostats)  Solenoid operated ON-OFF valves (SOV). Shutdown valves.  Ultrasonic level transmitters. Rotameters. Panel mounted instrument .
