An accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of industry experience: I bring in deep expertise in scaling and global expansion of products, technology and teams in Consumer and Enterprise space with high trust and customer focus . I bring in a diversified industry background with the technology industries in the space of Consumer/ Enterprise , Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, DevOps and Security. In my career, as an executive leader, I have built high- performance and secure software systems that can handle millions of users and transactions keeping engagement, resiliency and scale as the first principles. I am currently VP of Engineering at Okta where I lead the Developer Experience portfolio building identity solutions at scale for Customer Identity Cloud.Before Okta, I was the Senior Director of Product and Engineering at Workday where I led the efforts for building Digital Customer Experience for Customer scaling millions of page views per month. Prior to Workday, I spearheaded the AI Product portfolio for the Talent Management Product line at UKG. Before UKG I was an Engineering Head at Perforce, VCS supporting an install base of 100K plus developers serving petabytes of data. I have earned a M.S in Computer Science from IIT Mumbai, India. Outside of work I am is very active in programs around boy scouts, mentorship, diversity, and uplifting women and young girls. I am an artist and love outdoors , hike, paint and enjoy cuisines of the world.
