More than two years engaged with social compliance issues of RMG sector in Bangladesh. Working experience with renowned factories & groups confidence a lot to do work with International Expertise in social auditing, reporting & developing the improvement of working condition of factories. A remarkable experience in working with different factories, associations and buyer requirements and training on different compliance issues make confidence to work individually as well as team leader or part of a team. I have started my career in renowned group. I would like to build up my career in a well-known national/international organization through using my creativity, efficiency, proficiency and hard working so that my respective organization can achieve its goal in the circumstances of the global challenge and competition. I always prefer to take the challenge as opportunities for building myself. First of all I have started my career as a school teacher in “Rubicon International School” an educational institution situated in Khulshi, Chittagong there I have also worked as Exam-controller, Teachers’ coordinator and lastly acted as Principal(acting). After that I have also worked as Master Trainer in “S@ifur’s” where my main duty was to teach the teachers who will develop foundation in different schools, Colleges, BCS competition & also students who are going to sit for admission test in different Universities. There my main duty is to develop foundation or basic for which it is very difficult for them to understand individual class.
