Tiffany is a 20-year residential and commercial real estate industry veteran and has represented all facets of clients from first-time home buyers, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, housewives and professional athletes. Tiffany has built a solid foundation with all of these clients through her vast experience in the real estate industry. As a graduate of Spelman College with a degree in Mathematics, she went on to explore a more technical path with another degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in Industrial and Systems Engineering. From there, she decided to take advantage of the relationships she had fostered in Atlanta and obtained her real estate licenses in the Atlanta community as well as her hometown of Memphis. With an exciting career as a highly sought-after consultant and negotiator for a reputable company she decided to start her own business and plant her seeds in real estate. Focusing on the economy and the mass quantity of foreclosures, Tiffany became an investor in the Shelby County and Fulton County areas to "save" her local community from a complete disaster. After purchasing several investment properties, she decided to completely renovate these homes and offer them to prospective tenants in the form of a lease.
