Events and Operations Management:Plan and execute events with leading nonprofit organizations. Coordinate strategic recognition for sorce Missionarie and UNHCR during and related to the event. Facilitate employee and/or executive participation and speaking. Serve as day-of event manager and coordinate any giveaways, display materials and relationship with the nonprofit Demonstrated strong experience producing engaging and bespoke content for traditional, digital, social media and relevant communication channels Proficient communication skills, including experience producing content for multiple channels Fluency in English and Arabic required; excellent writing and revision skills in both languages and local language Amharic Afan Oromo, Swahili, Benishangul Gumuz. Excellent verbal and written customer facing and customer service skills and with the ability to engage at all managerial levels Demonstrated skills in leveraging media and social media engagement in support of business objectives Very strong written, editorial, oral and presentation skills; quickly delivers compelling communications under pressure/multiple deadlines
