Master's degree and 10+ years equivalent software development industry experience Business Intelligence Skills: • Experience with business intelligence tools, i.e. Oracle Business Intelligence, MicroStrategy, Crystal Reporting, Hyperion, Cognos etc. • Designing and developing consistent BI reporting and delivery framework, defining architecture to deliver executive reports, data architecture and master data management • Broad knowledge of business intelligence concepts including ETL, report delivery strategies, dashboards, master data management, data architecting, analytics, data warehousing, metadata management, security filtering by role and audience targeting • Conduct training on reporting solutions. • Share BI best practices and mentor other members of the development /consulting team. • Strong understanding of all current business intelligence technologies with a good understanding of emerging technologies • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, and working components such as cubes, query and standard reports. • SharePoint Knowledge Functional Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, i.e. Interacting with business customers and other teams within the company • Ability to work on multiple small projects simultaneously, multi-tasking and balancing work based on priority • Self-starter, able to work independently or as a member of a team in a fast paced environment • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • Customer support with technical problems and questions
