A business is only as good as its employees, and an organization's employees are only as good as their HR team. Even though I am a HR Professional (a stream/department that's considered to be cost-centric by many), I can assure that I will be an asset to the organization. I love connecting with people and heeding to what they have to say. This in turn will help the organization to come up with various methods and policies that will help in the growth and development of their employees, which will result in the growth and long tenure of their own. Because, Good HR = Happy employees; Happy employees = Growth & long life of the Organization. I have experience in end-to-end recruitment but I would like to gain experience in other fields of HR, more inclined towards Employee Engagement, Training & Development, HRBP & HR Generalist profiles.
