I am an experienced and commercial HR generalist. Above all, I'm pragmatic and able to lead/support change. There isn't much within HR that I don't have experience within and I'm happy to share that knowledge. My operational background includes people strategy, budgeting, restructures, organisational development, senior management recruitment, performance management, talent management, learning and development, succession planning, TUPE, redundancy, employee surveys and other ER topics as well as driving culture and engagement within diverse teams. Having worked in HO’s, national and local businesses, I have advised, influenced and supported directors and coached managers in HR best practice within a broad range of industries, covering 5 - 1,500 employees.
