Nabeela Mangera

As an experienced auditor with a history of working in the financial and accounting industry, I am skilled in auditing, accounting and strategic advisory for SME’s. Since joining Rombus, I manage the Outsourced Finance Function to clients where I am responsible for managing accounts, financial statements, as well as accounting processing. This requires me to plan and execute training for client staff while distinguishing improvements and efficiencies within the process, and implement changes. Most recently, I’ve taken on an active role on the advisory side of the business, in addition to taking on the role as COO on the Rombus EXCO team. I believe that my career path – from completing my articles at the Private Company Services division of PwC South Africa, to working in the financial industry audit space at BPM LLP in San Francisco, USA – has given me the clarity I needed to find my purpose in working with growing businesses in South Africa. I am passionate about the goals behind the work that we do at Rombus; we don’t simply do “accounting”, we deep-dive into the business processes as a whole in order to find efficiencies in reporting so that we can equip the management team to understand the financial information thus enabling them to make better decisions for their business. Seeing that come to life, and the difference it makes is the best part of my job.
