Fusco is a leading industrial distributor of abrasives, adhesives and other industrial supplies. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative for the San Diego Region. The Outside Sales Rep is our customer’s key sales contact and is responsible for maintaining an existing customer base and growing additional sales.   Job Description • Develop a good working relationship with the customers • Qualify and develop new customer leads • Learn new product applications and turn that knowledge into sales • Work effectively with manufacturer representatives • Interface daily with inside customer service representatives • Meet with clients at their place of work and via phone and email. • Travel daily in personal vehicle in assigned territory • Travel via airplane to visit out of town customers and suppliers as needed • Make item pricing and stocking decisions within the parameters allowed by the company Skills and Requirements • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing products • Ability to handle multiple tasks • Outstanding customer support/service skills • Detail-oriented • Good PC skills • Military experience a plus • Bilingual in Spanish a plus • Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
