Having worked in consulting for more than 20 years, I’ve seen great people invest huge resources of time and money to deliver meaningful solutions for patients, caregivers, health-care providers and organizations. However, the return on the effort put forward isn’t always realized - sometimes due to a lack of continuity along the commercialization process, other times because inputs just weren’t as focused as they needed to be. I founded Throughline Strategy with the sole mission of helping people in healthcare organizations improve the experience and outcomes of those living with illness. At Throughline, we partner deeply with clients and critical stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem to develop more incisive strategy, insight and solutions, and help pull it through to drive better health outcomes and actual, in-market results. Nadia has led large, cross-functional teams in designing and developing human-centered insights and innovative solutions, across thirty-two therapeutic areas (ranging from Chronic Pain to Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis). Some clients she has done this with include: AstraZeneca, AbbVie, Pfizer, Amgen, Novartis, GSK, Eli Lilly, BMS, Boehringer Ingelheim, Baxter, UCB, Genentech, Lundbeck.
