Consulting industry. ▪ Part of 6 successful end-to-end SAP implementations for clients largely based in the USA, with rich exposure to the design, build, cutover & hyper care phases of each implementation. ▪ Over 3 years of onsite experience (France) working in a client-facing role primarily as a technical solution architect in SAP, and in the addition provides technical leadership to clients. ▪ Throughout the 14+ year career provided robust technical solutions to complex and extremely complex business requirements in SAP leveraging strong technical acumen gained over the years working as ABAP developer, senior ABAP developer, technical architect and Delivery lead both offshore and in a client-facing role. ▪ As Development & Integration lead, single-handedly owned the technical delivery of the entire team, designed integration strategy, data conversion/migration strategy, set up SAP ABAP development guidelines, naming convention, transport migration strategy for each engagement. ▪ Strong leadership skills, experience in building teams with key talent. Successfully led a team size of 20 ABAP developers offshore. ▪ Strong Analytics/Data warehouse experience using SAP Business Objects Data Services/ Data Integrator. ▪ Ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional teams in IT / SAP Projects and can deliver from "As Is" to "To Be” state. ▪ Knowledge of the software development life cycle from design through scoping, requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing, QA, user acceptance, deployment, maintenance/support, and change management.
