Naga Viswanath is having overall experience of 4 plus years in IT-Software industry. Experience with the client’s complex and customizable requirements across globe covering US, UK, Japan, Germany and Hong Kong. Worked in 24x7 support environment on a shift rolling basis. Involved in recruitment of new people as per requirement of the team and conducted training sessions by designing SOPs. Travelled to London for assisting company’s one of the biggest law firm project and worked over 40 days on most complex tasks by providing quality deliverables on time, within budget that meet the client requirements and expectations. Closely worked with IT infrastructure to set up applications deployed in many locations and confirmed whether the tools are working as desired. Besides technical responsibilities, had also taken up lead role for the team. Key responsibilities were to set short-term goals for the project, to set deadlines for short-term goals, to schedule meetings to discuss the progress, to maintain agenda and minutes of the meeting.
