Career Highlights 18+ Years of extensive experience in the field of Building Services Engineering - MEP with, • Interaction with Clients/ Contractors/Local Authorities. • Preparation of Preliminary, Concept, Scheme & Detailed Design, Project Reports, Design Calculations, Claims Mitigation, Contract agreements etc. • Concept & Detailed Design of Mechanical Services. • Design of HVAC, Water Supply, Drainage, Fire Fighting and Centralized Gas System and coordination of its interconnectivity with other systems complying with local standards. • Design of Infrastructure – Chilled Water Network & Gas Distribution Network in compliance with standards and coordination with other Infrastructure services such as Potable Water, TSE, Foul Water, HV, etc. • Liaising with Local Authorities for the approval of Services. • Energy code compliance related to MEP Building codes and other standards (ASHRAE 90.1, ASHREA 62.1 & ASHRAE 55) - Hydraulic Calculation for Fire Fighting Systems. - Schedules preparation of Design and Detail Drawings - Generating tender specification for Mechanical & Plumbing Services • Review of Material submittals, shop drawings & clarifications to RFI’s. • Preparation of estimates, costing & tender documents. • Responding to Various contractual letters, variation claims and issue of Engineer’s instruction etc. • Liaising with statutory authority & utility providers. • Involved in District Cooling Plant Testing and Commissioning activities. • Involved in site Design coordination, Testing and Commissioning and supervision of site activities. • Leading a team of Draftsmen as a part of the team. • Resource planning and scheduling as per Project requirements/submissions.
