My work experience (14 years working for Microsoft thru Wipro and later with Infosys) in software products and services industry is built on Microsoft technologies that emerged from time to time. I have 10+ years of program management experience in driving large, multi-year, complex technical programs with product engineering groups of Microsoft. Over the years I gained expertise in Requirement Management, Program Management, Cloud technologies,Managed Services,Relationship Management and Technology Transformation. Gained technical experience while managing and development of features for popular software development environments, productivity suites, Billing and Subscription services, Reporting and Data Warehouse systems for Service management and improvements, Customer support systems and ERP products. I worked with customers from multiple geographies like North America, Europe, Japan across Financial, Healthcare and Software Product & Services domains.
