A dynamic and passionate HR professional patronizing the vision to embrace and facilitate the new technologies at HR with the advent of industry 4.0. I have a diverse experience of more than 8 years across multiple industries including Education, NGO, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG & Production and currently Telecommunication with HR assignments in Recruitment, Employer Branding, Learning & development, Organization culture and employee experience and agile project management. I have a knack for people management with human psychology analysis in any situation, business or real life. I love to grow by motivating myself out of my own comfort zone. Failure is something that motivates and fuels me to not make the same mistake again. I am also involved in socio-development activities through United Nation Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB) as alumni and Bangladesh Organization for Learning & Development (BOLD) as general member. I am also continuing my classical dance practice in Bangladesh Academy of Fine-Arts as it enthusiasts me more for any work.
