• HR professional with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management awarded by the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology awarded by Valle de Mexico University. • Eleven years of experience in HR, Recruitment and Diversity & Inclusion for well-known companies in the tech, finance and telecommunications industries internationally. • Experience with Diversity & Inclusion, employee engagement, project/program management, cultural change, employment law, policies and procedures improvement, managing stakeholders and budget responsibility. • Fluent in 3 languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese. • Achieved an award for being one of the best companies for workers with disabilities in Brazil. Attending D&I events: International Women’s Day, Dublin Chamber of Commerce March 2020; Diversity & Inclusion Celebrating Social Entrepreneurs, WeWork Feb 2020. 2. I currently have a social project called Singular to raise awareness about Diversity and Inclusion. I’ve been invited to talk about D&I, allowing me to present this project to over 200 attendees. I’ve also spoken online reaching over 3,000 viewers. 3. Working on improving my professional network: a) LinkedIn: connected with over 8,000 people, I created a group about D&I to bring together professionals interested in sharing experiences related to D&I in Ireland, the group has over 200 members holding different positions from analysts to directors. B) I am part of a network of HR professionals in Ireland, in which I am a member of the organising committee and deliver talks on relevant topics.
