I'm an HR Professional with a business-oriented, inquisitive mind. I think big-picture and consider how my work can add the most value to organizations, the people I serve, and community stakeholders.I believe the strongest organizations are those in which employees feel connected - to each other and their work. I support managers in building this connection through coaching, employee development, fostering team cohesion, and recognition/retention strategies. I also personally invest in establishing relationships with employees at all levels and fostering those relationships, because there's as much value in that as there is in having business acumen. Managers and employees say that I'm approachable and welcoming, positive, supportive, efficient, and detail-oriented. I lead in an authentic and humble manner and am a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am a huge advocate for continuous learning and enjoy taking on new challenges.My work in Human Resources centers around talent acquisition and employee development, strategic planning in partnership with senior leadership, collaboration and driving of DEI initiatives, data analysis, performance management, employee relations, investigations, coaching, work comp, marketing and branding, and other functions.
