I have more than 20 years of experience in customer service and support, including but not limited to the sales industry. My strengths include account maintenance, problem-solving and preserving good customer retention, sales staff support, and planning/implementing proactive procedures and systems to avoid problems before they occur. Sales is 2nd nature to me when I believe in the product. The primary key to sales is to sell yourself, build a rapport with the customer and with a great product, you will succeed. That old saying, "The customer is always right," should be "Always make the customer happy, regardless." I strive in being honest, charismatic, compassionate, and loyal to my customers even before they purchase. In doing so, I create a good relationship and even if they don't become a customer, they will recommend me or my product. You never know one contact may lead to many.
