Having successful sales, marketing and management background in medical products, I transitioned naturally into a professional recruiting career. This began as a Professional Recruiter in 1996. In 2001, while working with a Top 10 international management recruiting office, I accomplished Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) award for over 5 years of successful service and for successfully completing a rigorous exam pertaining to the search profession. In 2002, I ventured out to start my own recruiting firm, The Charis Group, LLC. A vast array of client relationships, up-to-date marketplace studies, and key industry trade shows have all catalyzed my extensive contact and knowledge base. We have an 92% retention rate of candidates our clients have hired since starting as a professional recruiter in 1996. We also have built sales forces for our clients with top talent that added from 10 Million to 4 Billion dollars in sales. On the candidate side we have become trusted advisors through the strong relationships we have built. We spend time discussing their career goals (short and long term, business and personal). We discuss their passions (both business and personal causes and activities that they care deeply about) and yes, even their struggles (the obstacles or commitments that are holding them back in their career). I truly care about where a person goes in their career and that the match between company and employee is crucial. I am passionate about helping bringing the two together for a long term relationship that will benefit both parties.
