Currently working as BPE in procurement area.I was a Lead Consultant at Philips India, with overall experience of 15+ years’ experience in different SAP and Non-SAP areas. In last 14 years I have gained a lot of knowledge on Planning and Consolidation, Supplier management and Sales Planning on functional aspects and Business Intelligence tools from technical aspects. Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to build cohesive, productive teams while fostering and encouraging creativity and individual expression.In my current role as Lead Consultant, I’ve done a lot of process-optimisation with the help of partner IT teams and implementations. Doing this I’ve always involved team-members to ensure transfer of knowledge. Part of new DevOps operating model which ensured business partner satisfaction, team member satisfaction and effective operating model.
