Process engineering experience in oil and gas industries on small to large scale projects as well as leading small to medium size process team. The process engineering activities worked on include process configuration and conceptual studies, detailed feasibility studies, licensor evaluation and selection, front end engineering, detailed engineering, proposal development, manhour estimate and schedule development. Also worked on preparation of process design package for the newly developed technology from renowned technology provider. Process design experience involves preparation of design basis, basic engineering design data, process design criteria for equipment sizing, development of PFD, P&IDs, Hydraulic calculation, Plant Steam & Utility balances, Relief load calculation, Vessel Sizing, Equipment datasheet preparation, Operating Manuals, Instrument Process Datasheets, Control Narratives, Cause and Effect Tables, Alarm and Trip Schedule, Sequence Flow Chart, Startup and Shutdown Sequence, FAT Testing and Implementation, Site support activities, etc. Well versed with industry codes and standards. Have significant experience in gasification technology. Worked on GE gasification technology for 7 years and CB&I Gasification technology for 3 years while working on Reliance Gasification Project through Fluor Inc and various Gasification feasibility studies involving coal/pet-coke/biomass gasification while working with Fluor Inc.
