Naomi Adams

Behavioural science is a subject that fascinates me, especially in health and wellbeing. In the last 12 years I’ve gained vast experience in various project and team lead roles in the health behaviour change industry, most recently in the digital product world and agile working. Through gaining various qualifications in behaviour change and MI, I have strong communication skills that mean a strength of mine is people skills. Whether that be in motivating and driving a team, building strong rapport with stakeholders or effectively interpreting users or employee needs. I’m really passionate about User Centred Design and Client and Employee Experience, as I believe in person centric approach. I also take a keen interest in mental health and psychology in my spare time to support my professional and personal growth. I strive for professional growth so any role that involves learning new skills, driving quality and improvement makes me excited. However I’m the most engaged when I’m innovating or creating, so I love to be part of the journey where an idea transitions all the way into becoming a fully developed end product.
