After many years in Academia, followed by a training fellowship to ease the move to the public service (http://www.mimshak.org.il/en/), I am currently Vice DG for Strategy and International Affairs in the Council for Higher Education in Israel. I hold a PhD in the History of Science from the University of Paris 1 (Sorbonne-Panthéon), and have had affiliations at the doctoral and postdoctoral level with various universities and research institutions in the USA and in Europe, such as the University of Chicago (Harper-Schmidt postdoctoral fellow), The European University Institute (Max Weber postdoctoral fellow), and the Max Planck Institutes for Economics and for the History of Science.
