Naomi Jozovich

I am currently the National Director of Talent for Mi Familia Vota. I oversee the Human Resources function and manage board relations for a multi-state non-profit focused on increasing Latino civic engagement and building latino power. Previous to starting full time with MFV I worked as an independent consultant. I worked with non-profits on improving strategic planning, project management, internal communications, talent acquisition, and staff culture so that they can more gracefully and efficiently meet their mission. Prior to my work as a consultant I helped to co-found the Rocky Mountain Prep charter school network in Denver, CO. I was the founding Director of Curriculum & Instruction and then Director of Talent during which time I designed the academic program, coached staff members, and strengthened organizational systems for talent recruitment, onboarding, hiring, staff development, and my biggest passion: staff culture. I started my career with Teach For America - first as a teacher in the Bronx and then as a coach of teachers in New York City and Hawaii.
