• Supervision and control tests before the operation of operating systems and equipment projects (such as transformers, underground cables, circuit breakers, GIS, SAS, protection relays and electrical protection systems). • Assuring that all project systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the operational requirements. • Scope verification and make sure that the project has been terminated according to the specifications and standards, designs and procedures. • Visit sites to gather information and assist in project. • Participate in coordination with relevant departments to issue a certificate of initial operation (PAC) and the final operating (FAC) for transmission projects and work to deliver the project to operations and maintenance groups. • Inspection of equipment's at manufacturing factory according to SEC standards. • Participate in the development of the management (specifications & standards, procedure & formats for conducting tests, guide Engineer, Technical Library ...). • Maintain safety procedures at site.
