Nat Guerrero AIA, CSI

After serving as a Small Arms Repairman in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years, including two deployments, Nat earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He began practicing architecture in 2000, became a licensed architect, and currently serves as a project architect for Mascari Warner. In this role, Nat is responsible for the multidisciplinary coordination of complex healthcare projects. He also provides construction administration services for various MWA projects, including the coordination of onsite staff and production of rapid field-based documentation. With 14 years of industry experience in the State of California, Nat’s thorough knowledge of regulations and permitting procedures for healthcare projects subject to review by the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) ensures that his designs are functional, state-of-the-art, and capable of efficient approval though OSHPD’s plan review and permitting processes.
