Natalia Hampson (Viljoen)

I have worked in the recruitment industry for +10 years on both a full-time (2015, 2017- present) and part-time (2012-2014, 2016) basis while completing my studies. During my undergraduate studies I was afforded the opportunity to participate in the Monash International Student Exchange Programme where I spent my final semester of studies in Melbourne. After completing my undergraduate degree, I went on to complete an Honours degree in 2016. I started working full time at Helen Wilson Recruitment from 2015. My role has evolved from Recruitment Assistant to Junior Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Consultant to Lead Consultant and now Recruitment Partner. I find value in developing lasting relationships with clients and candidates and I achieve this by customizing my interaction with each individual.
