I have worked in software projects in Colombia, Perú, Brazil, New Zealand, and the United States as Business Analyst / Product Owner responsible for eliciting client requirements, communicating them to the development team, and accompanying the developing, testing and releasing of the resultant product to ensure it meets client expectations. I am familiar with different SDLC methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kaban and waterfall. Additionally, I have participated in commercial presentations as a product expert demonstrating how the problems of a potential client can be solved with the presented solution. I have excellent written and oral communication skills that enable me to transmit complex ideas, come up with creative ways to introduce new concepts to clients or describe their own business model while showing professionalism and conveying trust. Solving operational problems is my all time favorite challenge and connecting to people is my favorite way to approach those problems.
