When thinking about how to fill in this box I decided to state a few things most important to me and what make me who I am both in business and life:Number 1:"Team Team Team" I work along side mine everyday and to say we are like a family is corny but true. In business (of which I have started, built and owned our one for 7 years) I truely believe that having a working environment that makes me smile coming into it, is all i need to then make my job supporting our clients even easier.Number 2:I strongly believe everyday is a "school day" and learning at least one new skill or technique each day is very important. As a team we dedicate time to personal and professional development everyday, as in the IT industry technology moves forward at a rapid pace and we don't want to miss a beat.Number 3:Relationships - Just be there for people during high's and low's. Be it with team, clients, or personal relationships, I try and take time out each day to speak to someone i haven't spoken to in a week or two to just say hi!! see how they are doing.
