Natalie Kamasho

As a recent graduate in BSc Criminology graduate honours degree from Kingston University. My experience at university strengthened my ability of meeting all deadlines and deliver high standard work. Other skills I was able to gain at university is the capability to process large amount of information both verbal and written from outlets such as research, meetings or lectures. This amplified my understanding and allows me to carry out necessary tasks. Within my degree I gained knowledge on different issues individuals of all ages may face whether it’s crime related or based on societal pressure.I run three different sites blog and events, along with many other duties. This requires a level of strategic thinking, organisation and preparation. By carrying out these tasks in my position and university, I’ve learned affective ways to prioritise different tasks in order to complete my goals at my deadline. I own a starting up Cosmetic line business. I formed this business based on my interest in beauty. Through my business I also express my creative and organised skills. This has also expanded my skills with customer service with different people in different area of the business. For example, negotiating deals with venders, meeting all my customers needs and recruiting the right promoting team.As well as the knowledge and experience that I possess, I believe I have a positive attitude to work. I believe this is highly important when working in a key role and high pressured role such as the assistant role you have advertised for. These are all skills which can be of a great benefit to your already highly functioning team, whilst also learning some new skills from them.I consider myself articulate and well spoken, as well as confident.
