Natalie Catin-St. Louis

Natalie is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach. She currently coaches leaders in Education. With the use and guidance of the International Coaching Federation Core Competencies in conjunction with the ICF Code of Ethics, she provides 1-on-1 coaching and professional development for school leaders. Natalie supports leaders in articulating their vision, identifying their needs and core values, aligning their inner and outer worlds, setting goals they feel passionate about, and creating plans for their own development. She is intertwining Business Coaching with Instructional Coaching and Consulting to ensure her clients feel seen, valued, supported and heard. On a daily basis, Natalie balances being a mom of two toddler girls and a wife with her passion for education. Natalie has been an educator since 2002. She has served as a school leader for over 10yrs. Overall, Natalie has 20yrs experience in education. Under Natalie’s leadership, her schools rapidly grew in student enrollment. She achieved major improvements in math and reading proficiency on State Exams and has received multiple recognitions for high achievement in leading a turnaround culture in her schools. Prior to becoming a principal, Natalie served as an elementary school teacher, reading specialist, staff developer, instructional coach, and assistant principal. She is a 2018 Neubauer Fellow. Natalie grew up in Spring Valley, New York. She holds two Masters from Bank Street College and Teachers College, Columbia University.
