The main goal of our team is to maintain 24/7 support across all brands of JFC corporation. Responsibilities: • Ticketing System: Freshdesk and Codesk • Installation and configuration of standard software used in Delivery Stores • Provide technical support to end users through telephone by giving instructions • Ensure that all ONDS stores across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao are operational • Escalation of all issues concerning our team • Make sure the team is well organized and productive to provide utmost support • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, person and through remote access. • Call Process Handling • Advise user on appropriate action • Follow standard help desk procedures • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions • Provides technical assistance in setup and installation, configuration and trouble of hardware and software
