Natalie Sampson

Natalie is passionate about sustainability and enjoys finding creative ways to reduce waste. Natalie founded Simple Sustainable Swap to pursue her passions for entrepreneurship and sustainability. She is interested in business development, strategy, and operations, where she enjoys seeking out opportunities to make tangible improvements with her work. Natalie is driven by curiosity and executes as a quick learner with a bias for action. She has experience across the value chain including sustainability, business development, product development, strategy, operations, finance, supply chain, contracts, aftermarket services, and more. Outside of work, Natalie volunteers her time baking cakes to bring joy to children in low income families on their birthday through Birthday Dreams, a local nonprofit, and developing engaging & hands-on STEM curriculum for local elementary schools through Leading Change/City Year. She also enjoys dancing and spending time outdoors.
