I currently work for Kenect Recruitment my current role is a Resource Administrator. I have previous experience with customer service face to face and via the telephone. I have excellent interpersonal skills and I can adapt well to change and achieve targets set by Management. I like to take pride in my work and I work well under pressure. I have used different systems successfully and securely within the department complying with the Data Protection Act. I am a hardworking, self-motivated individual who is punctual and confident in every role I have had. I enjoy working with the general public, may this be on the telephone or in person. I am very confident and I am willing to learn and use new skills to the best of my ability. I have a wide range of experience of working with various types of people and I am very open-minded and I like to make people feel at ease when they talk to me. I am very easy to get on with and I always take tasks on with 100% courage and confidence. I can work as a team member or as an individual whatever the circumstances of the job or the position and I find myself very self-motivated
