Natalie is an educator. She received her bachelors in Child Development from The Florida State University and ever since she’s been an Early Childhood Professional with research based approaches to teaching and learning. Natalie’s experience in community and culture building in organizations is one of her strongest skill set. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Natalie has a reputable history in leading the early childhood education field as a provider representative for The Early Learning Coalition of Broward, a board member of FLAEYC, an Education Advisory Board member in the city of Miramar. A NAEYC affiliate advisory council member, and an international presenter. Recently appointed to serve on the City of Miami’s Miami Dade Blue Ribbon Commission on education Natalie is working to be the change she desires to see in the world of education. Natalie is an active member for the National Black Child Development Institute and is passionate about museum education and the informal and formal learning opportunities Children’s museums offers to families around the world. Natalie has directed preschools all throughout the state of Florida and in Manhattan, NY for over 16 years. She is Skilled in Curriculum Development, Team Building, Public Speaking, and Management. She is a strong business development professional with a Masters in Special Education from The University of Miami and a Masters in Situational Leadership with a concentration in multicultural affairs.
