I measure my success by my contribution to the achievements of others. My focus is to make the people I work with, and the company I work for, succeed. There will always be aspects of business that cannot be controlled or predicted. I concentrate on prevention. I do this through streamlining efficiencies, organizing time and space, keeping my skills updated, and most of all by being adaptable to change. I love new challenges!
