I am punctual, reliable, responsible, work well as part of a team or alone, honest, extremely hard-working, active and easy-going. I possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organisational and negotiation skills and am helpful and always responsive to people’s needs. I am extremely organised and my extensive knowledge of legislation along with my experience gives me the ability to deal with an average of 25 clients per day. I am a very ambitious person and have shown this through my continuous studies. My original Bachelors Degree is in languages and I worked for the first British International School opened for the British Embassy in Ukraine as a teacher/translator. I have successfully graduated from Sligo IT and received a Higher Certificate in legal and advocacy studies in order to gain promotion in my work and a further CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management in the National College of Ireland. Professionally I have completed 12 courses in the last 3 years on legislation relevant to advocating and advising clients.
