I have over 25 years experience in Public Works & Traffic Engineering. Since 1986 I have been fully engaged in the road sector in various capacities including: (i) traffic engineer consultant to Tel Aviv signal Control Center and design services to traffic flow improvements on major arterials in Tel Aviv; (ii) as Consultant to Road No 6 authority on various projects including major interchanges related to the road; (iii) Consultant to the City of Haifa for the Signal Control Center and as a traffic engineer designer. (iv) as the Managing Director of Peri Engineering having participated in several traffic design assignments. I graduated from the Technion, Israel in 1986 with B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, and hold an M.B.A from the university of Haifa, Israel. I have certificates of advanced design of roads and traffic engineering from the Technion, Isreal. I have played various roles in the development of various Mega projects as Team Leader and traffic engineer.
