Major part of my career was at State Street where I gradually took ownership and responsibilities over increasingly complex projects. Always looking for new challenges, I had the opportunity to manage a various range of projects within a multi-cultural, multi-locations set-up, internal as well as client strategic projects and programs, technological as well as organizational projects.Since 2016 – reporting to State Street France CEO – I’ve been managing people and teams. I first took over the Project Management team – which I had to rebuild with a multi-location set-up (overall 12 people). In 2020, I’ve taken the lead of the newly created Client Service Management department in France and organized it (overall 30 people in France and 10 people in Poland).
