Natasha Eziquiel- Shriro, MS, RDN, CDCES

Natasha Eziquiel-Shriro is a clinical nutritionist who believes in plant-based, seasonal eating and non-diet approaches to health and wellness. Her expertise includes clinical nutrition therapy and motivational coaching for chronic disease management, along with culinary nutrition emphasizing natural whole foods for pleasure, nourishment, and medicine. Having a background in public health nutrition, Natasha has helped launch and lead a variety of wellness programs, from grant writing and development stages, through implementation and evaluations. She is skilled in curriculum design, program marketing, workshop facilitation, and best practices for tracking outcomes in relation to big picture goals and deliverables. Natasha transitioned away from a career in advocacy and communications in 2008, and continues to apply relevant skills in the field of nutrition as a speaker, researcher, and writer, translating science into simple yet effective messaging, media, and hands-on experiences tailored to fit any audience.
