I am a lover of all people with this being said I am a people person. I have spent a plentiful amount of years in the customer service industry and I have enjoyed even the most difficult times, as those are the ones that the biggest lessons come from. I have a strong and extensive background in the retail industry. Over 10 years of experience as a customer service representative. In 6 of those years I served as a manager within top retail brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Forever 21, and Aldo Shoes just to name a few. A few years ago I was hired to work in a telecommunication customer service environment for one of the largest banks in Canada. I currently am a customer service representative, but prefer to be identified as a customer solutions representative for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce better known as CIBC. In this role, I currently deescalate client issues, probe clients, so I can better understand the reason for their calls while actively listening. Doing this has allowed me to provide suitable and satisfying solutions along with educating clients on new products and services that may better suit their lifestyles. In return with my approach, I have earned 100% customer satisfaction surveys. I'm a person who excels in fast-paced and challenging environments. I am a leader as well as someone who is identified as knowledgeable and in many roles have been given the opportunity to train many new hires. Along with working, I am currently studying at George Brown College in their Pre-Health Sciences Program. As my goal is to successfully prepare myself for a career in the medical field as a midwife.
