Natasha Snyders

I am a registered Organisational Psychologist with a particular interest in Talent Management and Leadership Development. I am passionate about developing people and helping them function at their optimal best. My key work experience has been within the consulting and large corporate environments. As a consultant, I have applied psychological principles and tools to design and execute leadership development initiatives in organisations with the focus being on capability building amongst middle to senior managers within the corporate sector. In the corporate space, my focus extended from HR generalist operations to talent and leadership development, assessments for selection/development, management coaching and mentoring, as well as providing expert opinion in various projects within organisations. Some of my key achievements are: the development and implementation of an assessment centre for a large organisation (+/- 40 000 employees); development and implementation of a leadership competency framework for a large organisation; designing 360 degree leadership surveys for all levels of management; developing a coaching and mentoring programme for capacitation purposes, and developing a mini graduate development programme. In addition, I have also managed various projects that harness leadership development and organisational effectiveness amongst entry level, middle, senior, executive and general managers. I have 7 years of management experience, with teams ranging from 5-8 people. As a professional, I continuously search for personal development and growth in every area within my field and beyond. My acquired leadership, communication and interpersonal skills will assist me in managing projects, people and teams more effectively. I am ambitious and a strong-minded individual, able to handle change well and always prepared for a challenge.
