About
“Inequities that exist in society adversely impact the quality of life of targeted and marginalized communities, often people of color and more specifically black people. I desire to change this narrative. Every person deserves a fair chance, a just experience, and first-class service. As a change agent, I help organizations develop strategies to improve performance and actualize equitable outcomes for all.” I am a public health professional with over a decade of continuous quality improvement (CQI), project management. I’ve partnered with organizations to improve performance, standardize processes, build capacity, restructure systems, improve financial systems, and conduct root cause analysis to use data to drive success. I am fortunate to currently leverage my skill set to support equity related change management efforts in Atlanta Public Schools (APS). Prior to this role, I led multifunctional and cross-departmental project teams in successful improvement efforts across multiple sectors. I take pride in driving sustainable change to improve experiences and quality of life. I’ve had the opportunity to work with the City of St. Louis Department, National Minority AIDS Council, Johns Hopkins University, and Atlanta Public Schools.
