I am an experienced top-tier trained infrastructure, major resources and energy (renewable and oil and gas) projects specialist with more than a decade's experience across all stages of the major project lifecycle.My experience and professional interest spans the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors, where I have delivered commercial advisory, contract negotiation, and drafting services, as well conducted complex dispute resolution (alternative dispute resolution, litigation, and commissions of inquiry) for both domestic and international contractor and principal clients. Over the course of my career, I have acted for clients in the renewable energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, airport, mining and resources, health care, and sporting and leisure sectors. I also have a keen interest in public policy - particularly in relation to energy and public infrastructure, and mine rehabilitation and closure. Prior to full time private practice as a lawyer, I was a Judge’s Associate to his Honour Judge Michael Noud of the District Court of Queensland, and to Deputy President the Hon. Leslie Kaufman of the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
