Formerly a Team GB athlete in Martial Arts and National Title holder in Boxing, I’ve trained with Olympic strength and conditioning coaches, hold a BSc in Sports Science with a focus on Mental Toughness, an MSc in Management with a focus on Corporate Wellness, and am a Certified FRC Mobility Specialist. Having transitioned from a Business Development Director role in the Corporate world to the Fitness industry, my trainer experience includes A-list celebrities, teaching at renowned festivals and corporate offices. I am Studio Manager at an exclusive private residential gym in West London and am a Performance Specialist at Bodyism, a luxury wellness club. I also have experience as a Head Trainer at a Boutique London Kickboxing Studio. I have extensive experience in the implementation and delivery of corporate wellbeing packages, and also have a published research paper into how health and wellbeing initiatives impact employee engagement. I currently teach online corporate classes with both SME's and FTSE companies alike (testimonials available), and focus on postural alignment, mobility and high intensity exercise.
