I've worked across a multitude of industries (including FS, telecomms, media, local/central government, oil and gas, etc etc) from both the consulting and end user side. I've done roles spanning the full spectrum of strategy and delivery, but these days I focus predominantly on Enterprise Architecture and technology strategy work. I'm good at working with the business and leadership to set the direction and target state for a business area, helping organisations cut costs and consolidate their tech landscapes after mergers, and I've performed advisory roles for CIOs, CTOs and Chief Architects (including standing up new EA/architecture teams).
