Nate Jones

I am a passionate policy practitioner with extensive research, analysis and stakeholder engagement experience gained from working across New York State government, Australian Federal and State governments, consulting, and currently as part of a research arm for the City University of New York. My areas of expertise lie in reviewing Higher Education programs, processes and systems, ensuring the regulatory compliance of disaster recovery and infrastructure resilience projects, and implementing digital government initiatives. Throughout my career I have worked with multiple industry stakeholders, consultants, funding agencies and other parties to ensure positive policy outcomes. I am a keen advocate for the use of data analytics to support evidence-based policy decisions, and the accomplishment of organizational strategic objectives.My experience is supported by relevant academic qualifications and further vocational training from Australia and the US. I am currently undertaking a Masters in Public and Urban Policy at The New School.
